CTS’s new Customer Portal is revolutionizing the way that customers manage private cellular networks. By providing an integrated experience that merges management and reporting feeds from different OEM platforms into a single UI, customers can now monitor and manage their private cellular networks, as well as their Subscriber Identity Modules (SIMs) that enable mobile devices to access the network. This is a major breakthrough, as it was previously only possible with solutions that locked a customer into a single vendor.
We worked in conjunction with CTS and Gigawatt to bring the project to fruition, with our team of experts leading the definition of the MVP product through our Discovery session. We then undertook the task of architecting and developing a React-based application that was deeply integrated with their unified API. Throughout this process, we worked closely with their team, providing guidance every step of the way, until the launch of the product. We are continuing to iterate on the application and plan to launch additional features within the next 12-24 months, aiming to provide the best possible experience to our users.
We wanted to make sure this application was accessible on any screen size. To avoid having to build a mobile app, we challenged ourselves to provide all the same features on smaller displays without sacrificing any functionality. The result is a smooth experience that looks and works the same no matter the size.
It was essential to enable users to explore the dashboard further. Our application was designed to let administrators analyze data in various ways to detect potential issues. Through overlays and deep routing, the app provides users with different options to monitor all the key metrics.
It provides a clean and simple view of private cellular network management without shoehorning the enterprise into a single-vendor solution which may sacrifice performance for convenience.
