A unified customer portal

CTS’s new Customer Portal is revolutionizing the way that customers manage private cellular networks. By providing an integrated experience that merges management and reporting feeds from different OEM platforms into a single UI, customers can now monitor and manage their private cellular networks, as well as their Subscriber Identity Modules (SIMs) that enable mobile devices to access the network. This is a major breakthrough, as it was previously only possible with solutions that locked a customer into a single vendor.

We worked with CTS and Gigawatt to bring the project to fruition, with our team of experts leading the definition of the MVP product through our Discovery session. We then undertook the task of architecting and developing a React-based application deeply integrated with their unified API. Throughout this process, we worked closely with their team, providing guidance every step of the way until the product's launch.
